Lecturer Abdul Kabil Khan Jamil has a PhD in Journalism and currently a researcher of the Department of Mass Communications at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. In addition, he has also done assignments for the National Association of Mass Media Researchers (NAMMI) in Moscow.
